Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GraceMembership. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GraceMembership ("we," "us," "our") that governs your use of gracemembership.com (the "Site") and all services, content, memberships, and products offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Site in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country for lawful use of an online service (whichever is higher). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you agree to keep that information current.

2. Your Account

2.1 Account Creation

You can create an account using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each person may maintain only one active account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, share, or transfer your account to anyone else.

2.3 Account Security

Notify us immediately at support@gracemembership.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Memberships and Payments

3.1 Membership Tiers

We offer multiple membership tiers, including Free, Starter, Plus, and Premium, and may add or change tiers over time. Each tier provides access to a defined set of content and features, described on the membership signup page.

3.2 Pricing

Prices for memberships, products, and services are shown on the Site at the point of purchase. All prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal, and you will be notified before a price increase takes effect.

3.3 Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal

• By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.
• The renewal amount will be the same as the current price of your tier, unless you have been notified of a price change.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and are never stored on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.5 Invoices

You will receive an email confirmation with a PDF invoice for every successful payment, including renewals. You can also download invoices anytime from your account's Payment History.

3.6 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you with the reason and a link to update your payment method. Your access to paid content may be suspended until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable retry attempts, your subscription may be cancelled automatically.

3.7 Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.

3.8 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

• New memberships are refundable within 14 days of the first payment.
• Recurring renewals are not refundable after the first monthly billing cycle.
• Other product types (digital, physical, tips) have specific rules — see the Refund Policy for details.

4. Purchases from the Shop

4.1 Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by email and made available in your account library immediately upon successful payment. You may download them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital products with others.

4.2 Physical Products

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accurate address; we are not liable for lost items due to incorrect address information. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.

4.3 Affiliate Links

Some products are affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our Site and complete the transaction on the retailer's own site under their terms. We may earn a commission on such purchases. Any issues with affiliate purchases must be resolved with the retailer directly.

5. Tips and Donations

Tips are voluntary financial contributions that support the ministry's work. They may be one-time or recurring (monthly). Tips are non-refundable, except in cases of unauthorized or duplicate charges (see the Refund Policy). You can cancel a recurring tip at any time.

If you opt in, your display name may appear on a public supporter leaderboard. You can choose to remain anonymous at the time you give.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Site (community posts, comments, replies, reactions, uploaded images or videos). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute, and moderate that content on the Site, solely for the purpose of operating the Services.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains malware, spam, phishing links, or fraudulent material.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Is sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate for a faith-based community.
• Impersonates another person.
• Solicits money, promotes a competing business, or otherwise misuses the platform for personal gain.

6.3 Moderation

We may, at our discretion, remove or hide content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate for the community. Removed content is kept in an internal moderation log rather than permanently erased immediately, so we can review moderation decisions.

6.4 Reporting Content

If you see content that violates these Terms, please report it through our Support page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts, or bypass any security or authentication feature.
• Copy, scrape, or systematically download content from the Site, except as clearly permitted (e.g. downloading your own digital purchases).
• Share your account credentials, or allow others to use your account.
• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Site.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, except for lawful search-engine indexing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content we provide on the Site — including videos, articles, blog posts, images, logos, branding, digital products, and platform code — is owned by GraceMembership or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and view that content for your own personal use. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Google Sign-In (optional login), Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection), and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 By You

You can cancel your membership or delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund beyond what our Refund Policy requires, if you:

• Materially breach these Terms.
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity on the Site.
• File a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.
• Post content that repeatedly violates our content standards.

Where reasonable, we will notify you before taking such action and give you an opportunity to respond.

10.3 Effect of Termination

On termination, your access to paid content ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 Nature of Content

GraceMembership provides faith-based devotional and educational content. Our content is offered for spiritual encouragement and general edification only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or pastoral counsel. If you have questions or concerns in any of those areas, please consult a qualified professional.

11.2 "As Is"

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraceMembership, its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraceMembership and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you where appropriate (for example, by email, or through a notice on the Site). Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site and cancel your account.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GraceMembership is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved first through good-faith direct discussion. If we cannot resolve it directly, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you a right to bring the dispute in your local courts.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
